-Over six years of experience as a United States Navy SEAL.

-Awarded on multiple occasions for superior performance and professionalism.

-Lead multiple group training exercises, along with a wide variety of personal training clients.

-Certified Level I Kettle Bell Instructor.

-Certified Cardio Heart Rate Coach.

Relevant Experience

-Over 10 years experience in martial arts and military combative skills.

-Preformed hundreds of personal training sessions and small group classes.

-Completed the most physically demanding military training in the world "BUD/S" in the process of becoming a U.S. Navy SEAL, leading to two overseas deployments fighting the War on Terrorism.

-Certified in CPR and First Aid, and have preformed these tasks along with shots, IV’s and more in some of the most stressful situations as a Navy SEAL, lifeguard, and personal trainer.

Public Relations & Communication

-Successfully worked with men and woman with a variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds.

-Preformed a "Polar Plunge" into 38 degree water to raise money for ALS.

-Accomplished a 3,200 mile bicycle ride to raise money for the college educations of children who have lost a parent in the war.

Accountability & Professionalism

-Awarded the Joint Service Achievement Metal, Navy Achievement Metal, NATO Metal, Good Conduct Metal (twice), and received the Sailor of the Quarter (four times) for outstanding performance and professionalism at the SEAL Team’s.

-Held a government TOP SECRET Clearance for over 5 years.

-Completed time and service in the U.S. Navy, and was discharged on honorable conditions.

-Highly motivated and success driven, always recognized as a hard worker.
