Fees

These are billed at the beginning of the season and vary according to the group your swimmer(s) is in. There are 2 types of club fees- membership fees and meet fees. There is also an annual USA registration fee for each swimmer of $51. 

NJRC Junior Elite and Senior swimmers are expected to do strength training performed by former Navy Seal Richard Graham.

The cost for  strength training for the season is an additional $100.00 per swimmer for the junior elite and senior swimmers.

*Our swimmers compete in meets which typically charge fees per each event entered. A meet fee escrow account is established for each swimmer to cover the costs of these fees. If you leave the club, any remaining escrow money will be returned to you. Fees will be deducted from your escrow for each event that your child is entered in. Fees are not reimbursed if a swimmer scratches an event, even for medical reasons. If a swimmer is entered into a meet but the team is not allowed into that meet, the swimmer will not be charged for entries. When your escrow falls too low, you will be billed to bring the account up to the above listed amounts.

Billing cycles:  

All other groups are billed for the full eleven months payable in two payments. After October 1, if your child drops out of the program or changes training groups you are still responsible for the entire fees of the original program. If your child is promoted to a higher level program in the middle of the year, you will be billed for the additional fees, pro-rated by the month.

Other:

 If your child joins the club after October 1: If your child joins part-way through the season, your fees will be pro-rated from the month you join.

 If your child leaves the club or changes groups after October 1: You are responsible for all fees. If your child is promoted to a higher level program, you will be billed the additional fees pro-rated by month.

 If your swimmer is transferring to another club : You must meet all financial obligations before you will be released from NJRC in order to swim at the other club. Once your financial obligations have been settled, any remaining meet escrow money will be returned to you.
