Competitive USS Swimming from Novice to Swimmings Highest Level!
New Jersey Race Club invites all New Jersey Swimmers with Beginner, Junior, National and Olympic dreams to join us in developing the finest team in the country. Together in NJRCs world class program, we can make it happen!
On Saturday April 19th at 9:45am, Dr. Tom of Blackburn Training Center in Wall will be hosting a FREE NJRC Nutrition Seminar for Senior A, Senior B and Junior Elite swimmers and their parents. NJRC training is hard, but if we do not eat correctly we are not getting everything out of the training that we need to.
Dr. Tom has worked with many professional athletes to give them the edge and get them performing at an optimum level. This will be an awesome seminar for all swimmers and parents. Parents that attend will receive a free week of training at Blackburn! Swimmers that attend will receive a free swimming specific training workshop!
Please confirm your attendence via email to email@example.com
